Haunted- Stories From the Afterlife
I walk into a room
Sick from the pricey perfume
The ball floor covered in drinks
Don't splatter it won't matter if you shatter the glass
Cold air, I see her in a dress
The cold air doesn't seem to impress her
You find me in my sleep
I'm haunted by your memories
The " I like to be on my own"
To the " I like you on the phone"
To the" I wish to know you forever "
I wish I knew forever didn't mean the same to you
Now I walk into a room
Wearing black for you
How can I say goodbye
When I'm not supposed to know you
What shamelessly belonged to me
Now lies in the ground making no sound
You find me in my sleep
I'm haunted by your memories
The " I like to be on my own"
To the " I like you on the phone"
To the" I wish to know you forever "
I wish I knew forever didn't mean the same to you
To see the ghost of you
In the corner of every room
You were my break of dawn
But now you're long gone
I moved on with closed eyes
With the picture of your body as cold as ice
Every morning is a curse
But every night is a little worse
I squeezed my eyes shut for the last time
The frostbite kicked in, starting from within
You find me in my sleep
I'm haunted by your memories
The " I like to be on my own"
To the " I like you on the phone"
To the" I wish to know you forever "
I wish I knew forever didn't mean the same to you.
